Just Massage Holistic Therapy specialises in an individually designed approach to your wellbeing through talk and massage therapy. Established in 2011, we offer a peaceful and safe space in leafy Heaton, Bolton along with a selection of carefully curated gifts and collections which we now also offer through our online shop.
Careful consultations, combinations of eastern and western massage methodologies, herbal teas, seasonally changing artwork, sublime fragrances and oil blends from seasonally changing sources, combine to create a blissful and memorable holistic experience. Our repeat custom speaks for itself....
Treatments include traditional Swedish, Balinese Deep Tissue, Indian Head, Hot Stone, Pre and post event Sports, Pregnancy massage,
Thai Foot and Hand and the amazingly therapeutic Natural Lift Facial Massage. We also offer Reiki, Guided Meditations and NLP Wellness Coaching (a systemic study of communication) as well as signposting to other local specialists such as physiotherapy. osteopathy and psychotherapy counselling as part of our approach.
Our aim is to achieve the deepest level of relaxation by providing what YOU need from your treatment each time, rather than choosing from a pre-defined menu. We offer take home reminders of your wellbeing experience with our carefully curated products for you, your home and for gifts. Many of these are now also available through on online store.
We have sublime naturally fragranced candles, diffusers and bodycare from leading natural brands hailing from the hedgerows of Lancashire and Cornwall, such as Melt and St Eval, award winning natural skincare from Pure Lakes, energy sprays and roller balls created with handmade flower essences and essential oils from Natures Wish and of course and our own signature fragranced range of Just Massage bath and body oils.
